About Kym

Kym is a dedicated attorney admitted to practice in both New York and Florida. She holds a B.S. in Psychology, graduating magna cum laude from Union College, which laid the foundation for her passion for problem-solving and advocacy. Kym continued her studies at Pace University School of Law, earning her J.D. in 2007. In 2008, she furthered her legal education by earning an L.L.M. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
Before founding her own law practice, Kym honed her legal skills at several boutique litigation firms. Her experience as a litigator allows her to anticipate legal challenges early on and craft contracts and business strategies that proactively protect her clients' interests.
In her current practice, Kym focuses on serving the legal needs of entrepreneurs, CEO's and founders. As a trusted counselor, advisor, and advocate, she provides legal guidance to help clients navigate business formation, contracts, employment, intellectual property, compliance and founder-exists, with the goal of maximizing business growth, protection, and expansion.
Kym is also passionate about sharing her expertise and experiences. She has been a guest speaker, author, and podcast guest, addressing topics such as entrepreneurship, contracts, and trademarks.
Because of her commitment to startup founders and emerging companies, Kym is actively involved in the entrepreneur ecosystem in the Metro New York area, Southern Connecticut and South Florida. She co-founded Speed Networking, LLC and frequently collaborates with not-for-profit organizations empower entrepreneurs..
